had 2 straight hours of english lessons yesterday and today. but it was super fun! whee~ yes. i must admit. E4o1 rawkks. muahaha.. xDD yesh. english orals in 18days!! so ms tan concentrated on picture discussion and reading WITH EMOTIONS. ohmygoshh. -.- my group was soooo emotional! arghh.. ben and waisee!! HAHAHA.. but sherman was soooo giggly cos i dont know why? and i think our group made the most noise man! great. last year's batch of E4o1 had 7 distinctions so ms tan expects at least 8 this year. FAINTS. worse, she wants us all to get a band 1 for orals! ALL OF US. band one means 10/12 and above?! lets just hope we dont freak out on the day itself and sherman dosent start laughing into the examiners face! >.<
OOSH! and a plus 1 mark for physics paper.. that means i only need 1/2 a mark to pass physics paper3!! muahaha. superb improvement. woohoo!! i love my tuition teacher all of a sudden. hehehe. get a D7 for overalls and i'll jump like i've never jumped before! =DD still waiting anxiously for the rest of my prelim1 papers. humanities teacher didnt come today so we went to mr lee's homeroon for relief. and we watched a recent episode of heartlanders and true courage! it rawkks, YEAH! then pc lesson for the last period. yes, we were entertained by the 4o3 monkeys: raphael, sebastian and yuhang. as usual lah! >.< 3 of them kept squabbling with chidam.. HAHAH xDD
got back chemistry paper today. a 9/15 for practicals [which i thought i would have flunk badly] and 22/65 for the theory part [which is also higher than expected BY FAR]. but i know i didnt deserve those grades.. God gave me those marks for a special reason and im THANKFUL, so thankful. i expected a 10-20 marks kinda thing since i only studied the night before! Lord, you really encourage me and surprise me. its been ages since i saw so many ticks in a straight row for chem man! and its a total of 44%. YAYYY!!! =DD hahaha.. a really HUGE improvement from the f9s and single digit marks i used to get. slowly but SURELY!

anyway, school today was so err, math-y?! yeapp. had practically calculation lessons for themost of the periods! 2periods of e-math, then add-math and PE! arghh. we had to retake NAPFA! DIES. its so unfair okay! i didnt fail it lah.. they expected at least a silver and im 100% i didnt get bronze. and retaking also means re-running 2.4! *WAHH~* i dread running 2.4 cos it drains out all my energy leaving me tired, aching and sweating. hahaha.
chinese lessons after recess! oh sighh.. that reminds me of Olvl results which are coming out in like 2-3weeks time? >.< i'll beg gopal to free me from taking chinese if i get a B4. hahaha!! and accounts lesson! woo.. half of the class failed poa paper1. oh goshh.. -.- mr ng was sooo disappointed and he gave that sad typical face of his again. then physics remedials after school! hahaha. it was quite fun actually. it was held in the canteen and all we had to do was finish up the amkss prelim paper which i ALREADY did except for 1 or 2 questions. but i left later because mr mah practically checked through my whole paper! and he is sooo GEI GAO lah. he wouldnt even allow a single little mistake. bleahh.
had to stay back till like 5.30 for extra add math lessons. grrr. he went through papers and i gave up listening halfway cos everyone was walking in and out which made it soooo distracting and mymy, the air-con was SUPERB man! could actually sleep. heh.. xDD then me and shirley started talking bout our stuffies again. yeah, she's on the same boat as me!! like everything is almost the same!! haha.. and it feels good to have someone on the same boat as you so they'll know how you feel and of cos, we can trust each other!! didnt buy any! oh sighsighsigh. met at the usual breakfast place in malaysia with all six other families for breakfast [duh]. all the guys in the family were wearing the same star shirt! its sooo embarrasing! then me, drey, serene, matilda and joanne sat at 5th uncle's car. and theres only one reason to it: TV! hahaha xDD but i kinda fell asleep when they were watching some over cartoony-cartoon. and yes, they brought "i not stupid" as well so i woke up to watch it lah.. at least its better than the other cartoon thing.
first stop was at this waterfall thing at kota tinggi. whee! we could actually swim in it and slide on the rocks but we didnt bring our swimming gears so onli the younger ones swam. took quite a number of pictures and im waiting for my uncle to send it to me. that would probably take AGES!
thought the parents would go to some pwetty shopping centre with loadds of stuff there but they went to the usual giant hypermart at johor lah. *BIG YAWNS* so didnt really buy anything.we went around sampling stuff and bought tons of food! oohlala.. mum bought 2packets of delicious chicken burger patty! wheee~ going to stuff myself with those tomorrow. yupp. thats all i bought: FOOD. and no bubblegum cos i didnt see any grape flavour ones!!!!!!!! so saddddd.

yeapp. me, serene, xiaona and sheela went to town to shop! whee! major shopping spree, for sheela lah. hahaha. she bought sooooo many things. and i bought this really cool tank! yeahhh.. ultra niceeee! YAYY =DD so we walked all around orchard and shopped for clothes and ear rings and took our LG neoprint! it was the nicest ever and all of them were nicely decorated. met quite afew friends also, which i usually dont but i dont know why all of them are at orchard today!

drew lived along with his mother, and he cared for her like she was a queen. when drew entered high school, he went out for the football team. He was the smallest guy to hit the field, but he had such a postive spirit. the coach decided to put him on the team. Even though Drew sat in the bench for the next four years, his mom made every game.
when drew entered college, he went out for the football team as a walk-on. The other athletes doubted he'd make the cut but to everyone's surprise, he did! The coach admitted that he kept him on the roster because he put his heart and soul into every practice and, at the same time, motivated the other atheletes with the spirit and hustle they desperately needed.
Drew sent his mom season tickets for all the college games. She was thrilled once again to be at every game. The coach met him with a telegram. Drew read the telegram abnd fought the lump onn his throat to share he news with his coach. "my mother died this morning, is it all right if i miss practise today?"
The coach stretched his arm around drew's shourlder and said," take the rest of the week off, Son. And dont worry about coming back to the game on saturday. You take all the time you need."
Saturday arrived and drew surprised the team by showing up for the big game. He dressed in silence and madfe his way to the bench. The game was one of the worst they'd ever played. In the third quater, drew approached the coach and begged to play. The coach, figuring he had nothing to lose since they were already so far behind, relented and sent drew to the field.
Suddenly,the game took a turn for the better. This little unknown, who had never before played in an actual game, was doing everything righ. The opposing team couldnt stop him. He ran, blocked and tackled like a star. His team caught up, and the score was eventually tied.
In the closing seconds of the game, Drew intercepted a pass and ran for the winning touchdown.The fans broke loose. His teammates hoisted him onto their shoulders. The coach approached him soon afetrward in the locker room. "drew, you were fantastic. i dont get it! your mom just died days ago. How did you do it?"
"Sir, my mom is a christian. she's in heaven now.yes, she came to all my games, but she was blind. Today was the first time she got to see me play, and i wanted to show her i could do it."
yupp.. loved this story when i read it last night. it just showed me how encouraging drew's mother was. and God too, is our biggest cheerleader! yeah.. he's there to support us even though we're sitting on the bench. ((: God believes in you!purrrrpleeee.<3

this week rather tiring but im glad the Lord brought me through. its kinda boring too lah. wake up, go school, prelims, go home, sleep, chiong, eat, tuition and chiong awhile again before msn-ing. boring eh? its been like this for the past week. *YAWN* hahaha. today's emath2 was pretty easy but i totally forgot how to do mensuration. blahh. i HATE that topic like crazy.. algebra was like, OOH! i dont believe its so easy! hahaha. then the rest was so-so lah. but by the last 1/2 hr of the paper everyone was so tired and couldnt really concentrate.
shirley came over after that to bum around for awhile and then we went back to school for Olvl chinese listening again. hahaha! its super cool okay! the listening thing is actually guang buo-ed over symphony.com..stewpid raphael and gang kept di siao-ing me before the invigilator came in. CRAP. stewpid fella.. hahaha. i wish i could just find some way to shut him up!

so far the papers have been quite alright lah. english paper was pretty easy, geog paper was mm.. so-so but i think my teacher is going to have a really hard time marking my paper cos its soooo messy and my handwriting was like, EWW. hahaha..i thought of so many points to write but forgot some of them in the process of elaborating another point and thinking that theres no more time left! today's emath paper was.. rather simple but the hard ones were really hard. heh.. and ms teo made me kan chiong by saying: there are so many questions and you all have to finish it in 2hrs! sure cannot finish one lahh.. so must do faster!! dont know one question then dont ponder already.. skip skip skip!!! thats the paraphrased version of what she said. aiyahh. that line kept getting stuck in my head and it made me sooo nervous. so i was chionging all the way for the whole paper and then i realised that i still had 1/2hr more before the paper end. ARGHH... then i went to try the questions that were left blank. yay! managed to figure out some. and i still had time to stare at haida's hair [and thats bcos she sat infront of me!]. lol..

CRAP. i didnt finish my paper!! mrs goh was like: 1/2 an hour more class! and what the...... i haven even started SEQ yet. wah~ so my hands were trembling like crazy lah.. but i tried to write down everything i could think of so lets hope i wont do so badly. woohoo!! the best part was that we did our exams in an air-conditioned room and we're going to do it for the rest of the papers. JOY! lalala~
paper ended at 9.30am so it was a little early to go home. then me and shirley decided to go and eat. anyway its english paper the next day!! i mean.. what is there to study? the dictionary?! goshh. wanted to go orchard but it was too boring and not much. we were so undecisive okay! or maybe its fickle mindedness. blahh. we walked soooo long lah.. kept on changing place. and i felt as though i walked for 10 hours! thank God it wasnt very hot and our bags were practically empty. so we settled down at raffles city. walked to city link then to esplanade after that.. yeah. super empty and i felt like i ponned school, which is so NOT true! sat and view the b-e-a-utiful scenery at the esplanade library.it was WOW!

got back last week's physics common test. goshh! the paper we did was 2004's prelim paper from serangoon gardens technical school! an ordinary neighbourhood school and our results were way below expectation, horrendous i must say. okay. barely a handful passed the 60% standard mr mah set for us. but nevertheless im still sooo grateful for the marks i got. 32/65 (50%) its a huge improvement since the last time we had a full paper which is like err, last year? hahaha. what more can i ask from you lord? i did my best and you did the rest. looks like those midnight mugging havent gone to waste! ((:
english paper today was rather challenging lah. but i wasnt really concentrating so kinda rushed through the paper. dont think im going to do well for that paper.. its one of the toughest paper i've done so far. and dentists just scare the wits outta me okay! i dread going to dentists because they dig and poke real hard into your teeth using their tools. -.- yuck.. the after-taste is like so gross lah. haha! dont know what they did to my poor tooth just now! arghh.i thought the dentist was going to gimmie some kinda injection and i was like OMGOSHH! I AM SOOOO GOING TO SCREAM MY HEAD OFF!! but no lah.. just some syringe like thing. *sweat drop* at least i dont have to go back again like some others.. heh. yay!!

hahaha. it feels superb to be able to wake up later than other people! seriously. i slept till like 8.30 then slowly climbed outta bed and went to school. that is one advantage of being the last few girls in class, so we'll be in the second shift for practicals! yeah. met jess and haida and goshh, most of the guys in my class were already in the canteen studying. practicals were so-so lahs. i mixed up ammonia gas and the ammonium solid thing! arghh. and my physics graph table was a bit funny~ oh wells.
but thank God i managed to finish the experiment in time lah. didnt pour enough chemical so i had to re-do my experiment! luckily it was onli the first part. k. i feel stewpid alrite.. didnt know how much was 10cm^3 of liquid so i tink i poured too little. -.-" rightyyy. theres another part where by we had to burn the filter paper with afew drops of chemicals and collect the ash. yeah.. living for the lord is definitely more exciting than living for the things in this world. cos when i know that nothing if going right, ma Lord would always be there for me to hear the cries of my soul and theres nothing my God cannot do! i THINK God has been speaking to me lately.. THINK lah.. haha. yeapp.. he has reminded me over and over again to trust him. TRUSTTRUSTTRUST! and his plan for me goes beeyond ma wildest dweams! ((: but i am really thankful to him anyway.. ps ban told me during baptism day that God accepts me for who i am. think that was really encouraging. yupp.
school is sooo stressful.. sighh. reminds me of friday, when i was doing my physics paper. goshh.. i almost cried lah. not that its hard but mr mah's words kept drilling into my head. PASSING MARK IS 80%!!!!!!!!!!! NUMBER OF TIMES OF CORRECTIONS IS (80MARKS MINUS THE MARKS YOU GOT!) arghhh. serene came over to my place before youth service today and i redid my cheat notes. k.. its still halfway done.
took a train all the way down from yishun to simei after that. ahhh~~ we took like 1hr okay! so only had dinner at like err, 9pm? goshh.. i was starving and practically craving for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING! luckily i had my husband (my discman) with me.. if not i'll jus nua okay! hahaha. then there was this freaking rude guy queueing infront of serene at kfc. and that guy told the counter-boy (i forgot wad they were called!) that he wanted 2fillet burger. and when the "waiter" gave it to him, he denied and said he onli ordered one set. PIG! i hate people like this. worse, the customer went like: BLARDY HELL! GET YOUR MANAGER HERE! sick right? poor 'waiter" was sooo scared lor! haha.. actually i would stand up for the poor 'waiter' if i was there.
so me and serene shopped around a little and then went for gathering at big aunt's place. ooohh.. cookie was soooo cute!! hahaha.. he's my favourite little doggy of all times! imagine a dog that would automatically curl and lie around your leg with you when u sit on the floor? hee.. x)) me, nick, gideon and serene played uno! hahaha.. yeah. super bored. and what were the parents doing? they were watching justice bao! YUCKK. YEAH, ITS THAT CHAOTAH LOOKING KING WITH A MOON SHAPE ON HIS FOREHEAD. eww.. and the parents watched it till 12midnight. they're gonna continue watching it tomorrow at sarah's house. oh wells. totally boring.

bought my new calculator, AT LAST! alright. im not crazy okay.. but the stewpid old one keeps dying on me until i have to actually bang it on the table to make it work. haha.. its growing OLD. bleaghs. anyway the newer one is super cool lahs. many more functions lor.
everyone was chionging for physics common test! yeah.. for once eh people? and mr mah scared the wits outta me okay [fine. im exaggerating]. i thought we would have to do a second set of cheat notes. so i was like rushing through everything until someone gave out our papers with the cheat notes on. but going to redo it anyway! its so messy until i have to practically look closely and search for the formulas. blahhh! and there were so many things i left out!
okay. spent like 20min out of 1hr during lunch break laughing and going to the canteen to get food, with carina. you see, its hard to study with her because we'll just start laughing about anything and everything! gee.. its really hard to find someone with the same frequency as you ya know? she's a cheater by the way.. that women got her cheat notes from meishan. goshhh... its so neat and has pratically everything on it!
physics common test was alright lahs. but no one finished the paper okay. hahaha!! the light ray chapter onli came out in section B so i choose not to do it! whee~ k la.. i roughly lost around 29 marks [including the ones i didnt do and not sure that i'll get it right]. lets just pray hard that i'll be able to PASS. arghh. im just not the physics material. cant blame me okay!
goodness gracious. my brother is one genius! SCREAMS. he took this exam that other week, to see if he could get into that math and sci high school. and i just saw entry forms to phs and anderson sec. GENIUSGENIUS. he's so lazy yet can excel in his studies.
another week has gone past.. i NEED to get started.
