i believe this was a God-sent encouragement to me, a friend He sent to talk about God with and most importantly, a friend i knew i could trust even though i dont know that person well. ever had a friend like that? (:
heh. yupp. i got to know jw through friendster. he added me cause i was a christian too! so we started chatting on msn like almost every night and thats how i came to know more about him. blahhhh.. he's definitely not some con-man lah! dont ask me how sure i can be, i can just tell from the thing he does and stuff lah. so anyway, we had quite a few chats about what God did in our lives and shared about how we came to know about christ.
okay, this is VERY interesting. [it may sound like CRAP to you. if it does, exit from this page right this instant!!] he was punished by his physics teacher and had to stay back to complete his assignments up to 5.30pm. that fella then decided to go out for some fresh air and he likes going to other classes to read notice boards. so he walked past his class and the toilet nearby when he suddenly thought about the rumours his cca juniors told him. about the toilet being haunted and stuff. so feeling very freaked out, jw didnt enter [DUH]. so he continued walking and walked into this class. he then saw the chairs being stacked up in a pretty weird manner so being the nosey him, jw kicked away the chairs. GUESS WHAT HE FOUND! he found a
BIBLE with no name written on it. it was just there, lying in between the kicked-away chairs. he picked it up and decided to bring it home to read it. oh yea, he was punished with another christian friend and so he started questioning that friend about lots of stuff. jw got home and flipped open the bible. he got to a chapter on psalms and it was about not fearing evil, blablabla. all related to the ghost toilet thing. how coincidental was that! jw then felt the peace of God within him. so he went to check out his sister's church and went to church from then on. a rather faithful follower who is deeply rooted in the word of God i must say!
when he told me about it, i was sososososo encouaged and touched! (:
